Makes falling asleep easier
For a better night’s sleep, lay on the Swedish Spike Mat in bed at bedtime. Feel free to wear a thin T-shirt or a fabric in between. You should feel a tingling feeling, but it should not hurt more than the tingling feeling which will ease away after 5 minutes. When you notice that you are about to fall asleep, pull away the spike mat.
Wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling asleep
Have the Swedish Spike Mat near the bed so you easily can place it in bed if you wake up in the middle of the night. It helps going back to sleep easier and faster.
Power nap
Set an alarm for the desired time and lay down on the Swedish Spike Mat in the bed or the sofa. It helps you rewind faster and often slumber within 10-15 minutes. Afterward, you feel more relaxed.
