Age
To make an order you must have reached the age of 18, or have the written consent of the caregiver. 

Invoice
When paying via invoice, we cooperate with Klarna AB. To trade an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. The prerequisite for getting an invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the public register in Sweden and are over 18 years old. You may not have any payment remarks. All invoices are off Svenska Spikmattan AB transferred to Klarna AB.

An invoice fee of SEK 29 is charged on invoice purchases.

Regular credit testing takes place after the personal information has been submitted to the checkout, in some cases this means that credit information is taken. A copy of the credit information can be sent to you.

The invoice’s terms of payment are 14 days. In the case of late payment, the agreement will be terminated as well as statutory reminder fee. Delay interest rate is 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to the debt collector.

Card Purchase
Payment by card takes place in accordance with current online payment rules in Sweden and the EU. We use Klanra / Webpay’s hosted PCI-DSS Certified Card Payment Solution. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard. The money is reserved for your account at the time of order. All transactions sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) are very securely encrypted. No card number is saved. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments 3D-Secure – a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when purchasing online.

Terms of delivery
An acknowledgment of purchase will be sent to the e-mail address as soon as the purchase has gone through. Ytterligare en bekräftelse skickas för leverans. Produkterna skickas per post inom fem (5) arbetsdagar efter betalningen har kommit till oss.

Open purchase and quality guarantee 10 years
Right of withdrawal applies to all payments over the internet under the distance contract law. You have 14 days’ right of withdrawal for products purchased in our online store. If you return, you will be responsible for the cost of the shop, such as shipping, return shipping and any billing fees. The product must be complete and undamaged for repayment and return to its packaging. Copy of invoice / receipt must be included. The same terms apply to unpatched items as well as for cancellation.

Complaint
If the product would be damaged during delivery, we will replace the item (s) damaged with a new one. Contact us before returning the damaged product.
