Pricing

All prices listed on spikmattan.com include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Age Requirement

To place an order on this website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Order Confirmation

Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods

Invoice Payment (Klarna)

Invoice payments are handled in cooperation with Klarna AB.

To pay by invoice you must provide your personal identity number or company registration number and be registered in the Swedish population register. You must be at least 18 years old and have no registered payment defaults.

All invoices issued by Svenska Spikmattan AB are assigned to Klarna AB. An invoice fee of SEK 29 will be added for invoice purchases.

Payment terms are 14 days. Late payments may incur reminder fees and interest at 2% per month. Unpaid invoices may be transferred to a debt collection agency.

A credit assessment may be carried out during checkout.

Card Payments

Payment by card takes place in accordance with current online payment rules in Sweden and the EU. We use Klanra / Webpay’s hosted PCI-DSS Certified Card Payment Solution. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard. The money is reserved for your account at the time of order. All transactions sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) are very securely encrypted. No card number are stored by Svenska Spikmattan AB. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments 3D-Secure – a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when purchasing online.

Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within five (5) business days after payment has been received. Delivery is made via postal services. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping provider. A shipping confirmation will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with Swedish and EU distance selling regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date the product is received.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within the withdrawal period. The purchase receipt from spikmattan.com/spikemat.com must be included with the return shipment. Products must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Customers are not responsible for returns shipping cost when returning items due to the right of withdrawal from their purchase within 14 days from the date the product is received. We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for approved complaints.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, please contact us first at info@spikmattan.com. Providing a reason for the return is appreciated but not required.

Unique 3-Month Trial Guarantee

When purchasing Svenska Spikmattan products from spikmattan.com/spikemat.com, you receive a unique opportunity to try the product for three (3) months.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within this period. The product must be carefully packaged and returned together with the purchase receipt. We kindly ask that you contact us before returning the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of the 3-month trial guarantee. (Day 15 – 90) The purchase receipt from spikmattan.com must be included with the return shipment. Products must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Complains

If you receive a defective or damaged product, ordererd on spikmattan.com please contact us as soon as possible at info@spikmattan.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product and receipt from spikmattan.com.

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint regarding a product within three (3) years from the date you received it, provided that the defect is original. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. If you file a complaint within two (2) months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for approved complaints.

Returns

Svenska Spikmattan products are covered by a 20-year functional guarantee.
The product is designed for long-term use and regular application.
Svenska Spikmattan is intended to help relieve stiffness and discomfort and to promote relaxation and improved sleep.
The product is hygienic and can easily be rinsed in the shower between uses.

Limitation of Liability

Svenska Spikmattan AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold on this website.

Force Majeure
